Lin Kaliyuga was born and raised in Spain and has had an exciting journey that took her through various professions and cultures before finally finding her way as a tattoo artist in Copenhagen. Her previous experience as a hairdresser and silversmith has given her a unique approach to her artistic expression.

Lin has a background in the squatting and punk scene, which has shaped her individuality and edge. She has traveled between Barcelona, London, and Asia, soaking up different cultures and sources of inspiration. But when she became a mother, she found her base in Copenhagen and became part of Selfmade Tattoo Studio.

She started as an apprentice at Zoi Tattoo, and later trained under the renowned tattoo artist Anders Grucz, becoming fully qualified in 2019. Since then, she has enriched the shop with her smile and good humor, as well as her unique ability to create brilliant mandala art, dotwork, and blackwork.

Lin is also an expert in styles such as Black and Grey realism and is often inspired by animal and nature motifs. She is a skilled designer who creates artworks based on the customer's specific desires. She loves to explore the dark and grim as well as the cute and feminine in her works.
